Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy
Idemitsu Lubricants America (ILA) is committed to respecting human rights and complying with laws on responsible material sourcing, such as Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act on Conflict Minerals. ILA does not directly purchase conflict minerals or cobalt but expects its suppliers to source these materials responsibly and provide proper documentation to ensure compliance.
Conflict minerals include tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, and cobalt.
Suppliers must use socially and environmentally responsible sources.
Non-compliance may result in corrective action or termination of supplier relationships.
