Idemitsu Hi Temp Oil S-U

There are several oil temperature settings in heat treatment process which requires hot oil to quench the workpiece;

1)relatively high temperature: to reduce distortions

2)relatively low temperature: to make appropriate core hardness

3)relatively low temperature: to extend quench oil life

Daphne Hi Temp Oil S-U is developed as hot quench oil able to provide bright parts. Typical application temperature between 100~130°C (212-266°F).
