Daphne Quench US-U

Daphne Quench US-U is a low viscosity "cold type" fast quenching oil for applications requiring optimal hardness. It is particularly useful when sufficient hardness cannot be obtained using conventional quenching oils in thick-walled tool-grade steels, or steels containing lower concentrations of manganese. Daphne Quench US-U provides fast quenching and minimizes the formation of bainitic structures in steel parts.

Daphne Quench US-U can be applied to virtually all furnace types including batch, pusher, and continuous furnaces and is suitable for large pinion gears, shafts up to 1 inch in diameter, drive shafts, thick bolts, and alloy or tool grade steel parts.
