Daphne Quench N-U
Daphne Quench N-U is a "cold type" quenching oil, blended with a cooling improver for rapid and controlled cooling. Daphne Quench N-U is economical, designed for low oil consumption and high heat resistance to maintain consistent cooling characteristics over an extended service life. It has greater distortion prevention characteristics relative to lower viscosity quenching oils.
Daphne Quench N-U is suitable for use in controlled atmosphere batch furnaces on bolts, chain parts, bearing races, and a variety of carbon steel parts and forgings. It is also suitable for use in pusher and continuous furnaces for carburizing of steel parts.
