Daphne Master Quench A-U
Daphne Master Quench A-U is low viscosity "cold type" quenching oil, blended with additives to shorten the vapor blanket stage, with great resistance to oxidation and degradation, allowing the product to maintain stable cooling properties for extended time.
Daphne Master Quench A-U can be used with various materials and all furnace types. It’s largely used in controlled atmosphere batch furnaces on bolts, chain parts, and bearing races. It is also excellent for use in pusher and continuous furnaces for carburizing steel parts.
