Daphne Hi Temp Oil SM-U

Daphne Hi Temp SM-U is a semi-hot quenching oil formulated for increasing oxidation resistance and thermal stability to maintain consistent quenching characteristics over an extended service life. Daphne Hi Temp SM-U provides great long-lasting part brightness among semi-hot oils when used in open quench tanks.

Daphne Hi Temp SM-U is designed to continuously operate at high temperatures up to 130°C (266°F) in batch and continuous mesh belt furnaces and helps to prevent parts distortion. It is suitable for quenching transmission shafts and gears, differential pinions, medium size bearing races and other carbon steel parts where relatively high hardness must be maintained.
