Daphne Hi Temp Oil QM-U
Daphne Hi-Temp QM-U is a semi-hot quenching oil formulated for increased oxidation stability to maintain consistent quenching performance over an extended service life with minimalizing part distortion.
Daphne Hi-Temp QM-U is designed to operate up to 130 ˚C (266 °F) of oil temperature in batch furnaces and continuous mesh belt furnaces. This product can be used for production of transmi ssion shafts, gears, differential pinions, medium to large bearing races, and carbon steel parts where relatively more hardness is required to be maintained.
