Daphne Hi Temp Oil AM-U
Daphne Hi Temp AM-U is a hot type quenching oil designed for excellent distortion prevention during heat treatment. Daphne Hi-Temp AM-U is specially formulated to provide the best brightness for quenched parts. It has excellent oxidation stability and high heat resistance, offering a consistent quench with an extended service life.
Daphne Hi Temp AM-U is designed to continuously operate at high temperatures, up to 160°C (320°F), in batch and continuous mesh belt furnaces. It is suitable for quenching distortion prone parts, such as transmission shafts and gears, differential pinions, medium sized bearing races and other carbon steel parts.
