Daphne Bright Quench U

Daphne Bright Quench U is a relatively low viscosity "cold type" quenching oil designed to produce parts with the best and longest lasting brightness after quenching. It is blended with cooling and brightness improvers, resulting in rapid and controlled cooling and extended brightness.

Daphne Bright Quench U is designed for applications where a bright finished part with no spotting must be kept after quenching for an extended period of time. It is effective at fully hardening fasteners, bearing races, drive shafts, and differential pinion gears in continuous open bath, batch, press, or vacuum quenching applications at temperatures up to 100°C (212°F).
