MINIMUM TOTAL ORDER QUANTITY

• Minimum order quantity is ten (10) cases (mix and match).
  • 12 x 1- quart bottles = one (1) case.
  • Orders under ten (10) cases will not be processed.

SHIPPING

• Domestic shipping will be calculated at time of check out.
• Shipping confirmation:
  • Once product has shipped, an e-mail notification will be sent to the customer with shipping and order confirmation; including shipping information and ETA.
• Anticipated lead time of shipment is 5 days from receipt of order, if in stock.
• Out-of-stock products can take up to 4 weeks.
• 10-25 cases will ship OPS Ground (GFP) but not palletized.
• 26 cases and above will be palletized (assigned carrier).
• LTL (less than truck load) shipping from Jeffersonville, Indiana.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• No International shipping
• The customer will be required to arrange their international shipments:
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange all freight with their US freight forwarder.
  • Shipments FOB Jeffersonville, Indiana plant.  Freight collect from that point.
  • The customer must arrange their carrier to pick up the product at the Indiana plant or provide the US freight forwarders address for the product to ship to.
  • The customer, and/or their freight forwarder, would be responsible for all freight cost from our plant.

PACKAGING

• 10-25 cases will ship as individual cases with no pallet
• 26 cases and above will be palletized

WHOLESALE ONLY

• Customers must obtain authorization to log-in to the wholesale ordering portion of the web to place an order.
• Tax exempt certificate or resale license is required to obtain wholesale access.
• Tax exempt certificate is NOT required for international customers or Oregon (tax exempt states).

RETURN POLICY

In the event that you need to return any products, you will have (15) days to contact ILA for a Return Merchandise Approval Number (RMA #). Returns are only accepted with RMA # from an ILA representative. Product must be unopened, undamaged, in its original package, and delivered back to ILA with approved RMA #. Shipping Policy: For all shipments in the continental United States, product will be shipped via common carriers (LTL). Products are not currently available outside the USA.
